SHIPPING POLICY
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Age Verification All wine orders must be placed by persons over the
age of 21 years,
and verification of age will be required upon
receipt of your wine. All shipments must be signed for by an adult at
least 21 years of age. No wine will be delivered to visibly intoxicated
persons and any person unable to provide age verification will forfeit
their right to receive the shipment until identification is produced.
In such circumstances the order may either be held in storage at a
local depot of the shipping company until appropriate identification is
produced, or shipped back to the winery. All associated costs will be
the responsibility of and be charged to the customer.
Restrictions Due to the restrictions of many state laws, we only ship wine to those
U.S. states where direct shipment is permitted by law AND where we are licensed to ship. These states include: California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota,
Missouri, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oregon, Texas, Virginia,
Washington, Washington DC and Wyoming.
It is illegal to ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Maryland, Maine, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Utah.
Liability Iris Vineyards is not liable for damage to wine or other
products due to exposure to weather during shipping. If you have
concerns about weather damage, we recommend you select 2-Day or
Overnight shipping service. Severe weather conditions may
cause us to hold your order - we will contact you if this is the case.
